Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Ameeraboutique, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Delivery Method

All orders are shipped through India Post Office only.
We currently do not use private courier companies.

3. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

4. Return Process (Important)

We do not provide reverse pickup service.

If you wish to return a product:

  1. Contact us first via WhatsApp or Email.

  2. After approval, send the product only through India Post Office.

  3. Share the tracking number with us.

🚫 Company courier boy will NOT come to collect return parcels.
Customer must visit the nearest India Post Office and send the parcel.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be made via:

    • UPI transfer

    • Bank transfer

Refund will be issued only after successful verification of the returned product.

6. Stitching / Customized Orders

Custom stitched products made according to customer measurements are:

❌ Not eligible for return or refund

Unless there is a major stitching defect from our side.

7. Non-Returnable Cases

We will not accept returns if:

  • Product is used or washed

  • Tags are removed

  • Return request is made after 3 days

  • Product is sent without prior approval
